Boys Weekend visit us

We would like to take the opportunity to thank TV Chefs:  Adrian Richardson, Miguel Maestre and Manu Feildel for visiting our Chinatown night markets stall to film themselves making Dragon Beard Candy for their TV Show "Boys Weekend" seen on the LifeStyle Food channel on FoxTel (http://www.lifestylefood.com.au/shows/boys-weekend/). 
Manu demonstrates just how challenging it is to make, although he does put in a excellent effort for a first try... unfortunately it does not pass Master Au's approval to sell to the general public.
