A Matter of Taste - Soft or Crispy?

Many of our customers come out to Chinatown regularly to buy our fresh hand-stretched candy. You can imagine the summer heat could melt the delicate candy in minutes. So in order to combat this issue we keep the candy cool in a portable cooler. This way we can ensure maximum freshness when you order a box.

Some customers ask us how they can keep the candy fresh so they can share the unique taste with their loved ones. We recommend you consume our candy as soon as possible but you could keep it refrigerated for up to a month. You could have it crispy if you consume immediately from the fridge or take out and leave at room temperature for about 10 minutes for a softer chewy candy.
